Challenges

To counter the spread of COVID-19, face-to-face training was made impossible. As a result, Trainers and Course Administrators were forced to rethink the way they work, and shift and conduct their training sessions online.

The lack of digital literacy and unfamiliarity with online technology made it essential for GTS to upskill its employees, to better equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.

2

Designed and organized the ‘Digital Facilitation Techniques and Technology’ Train-The-Trainer programme

3

Provided Just-in-Time Coaching by giving real-time feedback during the virtual live training
