Introduction

In this video, you will learn how to set up teaching opportunity, and evaluate the readiness of both the skilled worker (the ‘teacher’) and newcomer.  The workplace supervisor should provide support to the ‘teacher’ and feedback on his or her teaching process, highlighting skill or knowledge gaps.  This way, the ‘teacher’ then also learns how to do his/her job better.
